Can I pick up my order in the store?

YES! You absolutely can pick up your order at Greg's Uniforms store in Wlmington and ths option is ALWAYS FREE!

Can I mix and match different scrub tops and bottoms?

When buying solid-colored scrubs, select the top and bottom from the same brand and collection for a perfect color match. Colors with similar names from different manufacturers or even different collections from the same manufacturer don’t usually match exactly.

If you are choosing a print top you can usually pair it with like colors from another brand without anyone being the wiser. The same is true for contrasting colors, such as a turquoise top and black pants. Have some fun with that!

Can my scrubs be embroidered?

YES! Your scrubs can be personalized with your name, credentials and logo if desired. Call us for embroidery details 910-799-4734.

How do I wash my scrubs?

Before washing – don’t remove the tags and try your new scrubs on to be sure the fit is right! At Greg’s we always recommend washing your scrubs in cold water. Fluff them in the dryer for a few minutes to get them steamy and hang to finish air drying. The performance brands are wrinkle-resistant and dry very quickly.

For best results be sure not to overload your washer or dryer!

What if I’m not happy with my purchase?

Oh no! We want you to love your purchase. Please stop by or give us a call right away so we can understand the issue and start the return process. When exchanging an item you will get free shipping on the replacement order.

Please make all Returns/Exchanges within 30 days of receipt of merchandise and before they are worn, washed, soiled or customized. Leave the tags on! Shoes can be returned if they have only been on carpet and show no signs of wear.
So sorry, we can’t refund Items that have been altered or embroidered unless they were defective.

Standard shipping is also free for all U.S. orders over $99.
U.S. orders under $99 will ship at a flat rate of $7.95
